The Emig Mansion B&B is committed to making our website as accessible as possible to people with special needs, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive and motor impairments. We have invested a large amount of resources working towards improving the accessibility of our website to ensure we provide equal access to all of our users.
To help us make the The Emig Mansion B&B website a positive place for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.
ADA ACCESSIBLE UNITS
The Emig Mansion is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. There are no guest rooms on the first floor, and all second and third floor guest rooms are not accessible to guests with disabilities. Accessibility is not readily achievable, as we believe any such alterations would threaten or destroy the historic significance of the home. However, service animals are welcome.
